Tinney Named player of the month

Huskies fans, a huge congratulations is in order for our very own, Jacob Tinney, as he was named the PJHL player of the month for December.

Jacob finished up the month of December with 8 goals and 13 points in just 5 games.  He leads the entire PJHL in goal scoring with 27 goals in 24 games.  He has been in on just less than 50% of his team’s scoring for the season.

” Jacob is a very competitive hockey player, always striving for success, has a team attitude first, and we are so fortunate to have him in our organization”, says Ian Green.  Director of Hockey Operations Frank Robinson added, “We need to also congratulate our staff for the success of our 2nd year Huskies.  After last night’s victory in Napanee, we now have beat each team in the league and are over .500 for 1st time”.

This achievement is not only a reflection of how great a player Jacob is, but how the fellas have really come together, as a 2nd year team, believed in the system put in place, and each and every player bringing positive attitudes and work ethic to the rink every game!

Congratulations Jacob, enjoy this moment, and congratulations Huskies, keep moving forward!
