It has been over a month since the Frankford Huskies played a game, but that is soon about to change.
The Province of Ontario has announced the return of fans to arenas, including for Frankford Arena.
Director of Operations Frank Robinson says, “We were thrilled to hear the news from the Premier. Our focus now will be to getting back on the ice February 1st. There are a number of games that need to be re-scheduled. ”
“Our first home game is set for Saturday February 5, 2022, and fans will be required to once again show proof of vaccination, wear masks and continue to physical distance. Food and drink will be available in the Frankford Lions Hall, but not allowed to brought into the arena. We are anticipating that could change in the coming weeks.”
The team will announce the updated schedule as soon as it is finalized.
